Ángela Zarzuela Cala was born in El Puerto de Santa María on the 7th of December 2004, at the age of 8 she began studying flamenco guitar at the conservatory in Jerez. At the age of 15 she took part in the flamenco guitar competition of the conservatory of Cordoba "Músico Ziryab" and decided to go to Cordoba to finish the last two years of the professional conservatory. There he studied with teachers such as José Tomás Jimenez, Gabriel Expósito, Manolo Franco, Paco Serrano, etc.
In June 2022 he took the exam for the superior level of flamenco guitar at the Esmuc, and obtained the place they offered. He is currently studying the second year of the superior at the Escuela de Música de Cataluña.
